By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Norton Property Services provides professionally managed, fully furnished apartments, townhomes, and houses for mid-term and corporate stays (typically 30 days or longer) in the Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and surrounding Triangle area of North Carolina. Our services include property preparation, guest placement, and ongoing support during the stay.
To reserve a property, guests must be at least 18 years of age and successfully complete our screening process, which may include a background check, credit check, and verification of identity. All reservations are subject to availability and final approval by Norton Property Services.
A reservation is confirmed only after the required deposit, fees, and signed lease agreement have been received and accepted by us.
Rental rates, security deposits, cleaning fees, administrative fees, and other charges will be clearly communicated prior to booking. Payment is due according to the terms stated in the lease agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the reservation or termination of the stay.
Cancellation policies are outlined in the individual lease agreement. Early termination or cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional charges as specified in the lease.
Guests may request to extend their stay. Extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. After the initial term, stays may convert to a month-to-month arrangement under the terms of the lease, typically requiring 30 days’ written notice prior to departure.
Guests agree to:
• Use the property only for residential purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and community rules
• Maintain the property in good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the lease
• Comply with any pet policies and pay applicable pet fees if pets are approved
• Return the property, furnishings, and all included items in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
All properties are prepared and inspected prior to guest arrival. We strive to address maintenance requests in a timely manner. Guests must allow reasonable access for repairs and inspections when necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norton Property Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the specific stay in question.
We are not responsible for personal property left in the unit or for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including utility outages, weather events, or third-party actions).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
