I recently accepted a new role within the company I work for requiring a move from Indiana to North Carolina. This meant I needed mid-term housing until my family was ready to move with me and I needed it somewhat quick. The option offered by my company was ridiculously expensive so I searched on my own.

I found Norton Property Services through an online search – I don’t recall the exact terms/words I typed in my search (i.e. corporate housing, furnished temporary apartments, executive mid-term living, etc.) but I know that I didn’t locate Norton Property Services until a few different searches, and contacting other local companies along the way.

What I noticed right away with Norton Property Services was that Tim, the owner, responded right away (all other companies waited a few days before replying). Tim’s emails were detailed yet not lengthy, and they were friendly so I knew I was working with a customer service-focused business. That was a great first impression for me.

When I contacted Tim, I asked for information on an apartment (wasn’t looking for a house or anything really big) and in Tim’s response, he provided pictures of the actual housing he had available. He was friendly, accommodating to my schedule when I wanted to meet in person, and made the entire process extremely smooth.

On top of all the friendliness, good quality furniture and safe living, the pricing can’t be beat. The apartment I took was fully furnished, and all utilities were part of the monthly rent so there was no need for me to figure out which utilities needed to be setup on a mid-term basis. I basically showed up with just the clothes and personal items I packed in my car when I drove down from Indiana, and other than buying food, I was all set. If there was even the slightest issue with the living arrangements (i.e. the dryer started making some random noise a couple months into renting but still worked) he was quick to react and get things fixed.

I really enjoyed meeting Tim. He’s very professional, yet friendly at the same time. He was exactly the person that my wife and I needed to meet to help us with a super first impression of the Raleigh area. I highly recommend Norton Property Services! – Tony Iskander, 2017

This was meant to be a mid-term arrangement for me until I found my own place in Cary, but I was so pleased with everything, I took my time, and ended up staying just over six months. The apartment was clean, with new and tasteful furnishing. From the kitchen to the linen closet, everything was well stocked with quality items you’d want to have in your own home.
